Black Women Rising is an ongoing speaker series highlighting black women who are “on the rise” in their respective fields. The organization shines a spotlight on black women who are trailblazers in traditionally male- or white-dominated fields and who actively bring the black female perspective into their work.

The Assembly is committed to creating a space where women can forge their own paths and seek guidance from voices that aren’t always amplified.

The Conscious Company Leaders Forum is an authentic meeting of the minds. For three days in April, join fellow founders, executives, investors, and thought leaders who are interested in this thing we call conscious business — where companies not only make a profit but also make a difference. I’ll explain how drawing from spiritual traditions and rituals offers an array of learning and development opportunities, promotes inclusivity and diversity, fosters creativity, and produces a more harmonious, engaged and collaborative work culture.

And on March 12th I’ll be speaking about Inner Wellbeing: 3 Rituals for Everyday Upliftment.

Inner Wellbeing is what I call the upgraded, uplifted thoughts, emotions, actions and inner narratives that change our outer lives. In this session, she’ll share the proven spiritual and practical frameworks, practices and rituals she’s now taught to over 12,000 people, helping them level up their lives and bring 100% of themselves to the world.

This A-Fest explores the topic of Influence, Authenticity, Messaging and Thought Leadership. We are all put on this earth to play a part in shaping a better future.
