Dear Brilliant One: >> Hereâs the AUDIO for todayâs Transformation Tuesday. Think of your life transitions like a series of roadtrips. You are here, now. And things are changing. You’re in motion. You’re heading there. Even if you’re not sure where there is. Sometimes, in life transitions, that gap between here and there creates all kinds of stress and inner havoc. But if you reset your perspective and just think of your transitions like individual roadtrips from where you are to where you’re going in your next season, that stress can gradually transform into excitement. And that excitement can transform into fear-killing, wholehearted engagement with the subject matter of even your most feared, most unwanted and most daunting transitions. And then that wholehearted engagement is a super-quick hop to love: loving the adventures of your life, even when you started that particular roadtrip kicking and screaming. Because youâre really, always just on the way. And youâll get there. Almost certainly. How youâll get there remains to be seen. See, occasionally, thereâs just a single route from here to there. But the vast majority of the time, thatâs not the case. For most destinations in your life, there are literally millions of ways to get there. Millions of paths that could light up. And the looser you stay, the less attached you get to any one path? The more fun you have on the trip. The less fraught it is. The more cool stuff you see by the side of the road. The more side trips you take and discoveries you make and people you meet and art you buy and delicious food you get to sample, all along the way. The looser you stay, the more flexible you are when the Divine Detours show up. A Divine Detour is the kind of detour that happens when you have to veer around that tree trunk in the road, or you have to wait for the snow to melt, and you are suprisingly, delightfully, blissfully blessed by some event that only takes place because of that delay. Let me ask you something. What if ⊠just what if⊠all delays were beneficial to you? Ok, well they are, so thereâs that. I know that. But what if you knew that? And trusted it. And so you decided to appreciate even your mistakes, looking for the wonderful things that could be coming your way as a result of them. And what it you could do all of this trusting and looking for wonderful, happy accidents to come your way not just in retrospect, not just when youâre 90 or 120. But in real time. You can. When you realize that Divine Timing is real, And when you realize that that means all delays are actually to your benefit, And when you realize that this doesnât just mean your delays are keeping you from a traffic accident or some other catastrophe⊠And when you realize that beneficial delays can include all sorts of blessings coming your way, all sorts of components of your dreams and callings lining up, all sorts of grooming and preparation for your callings happening not just all around you but also within you? Thatâs when you start feeling like youâre winning at life. Because then you can relax. Finally. You can stand down, turn off your high-alert. Your over-vigilance. You can turn off your scarcity and perfectionism and unworthiness stories because OH BY THE WAY: THEYâRE JUST GIVING YOU THE DELUSION OF CONTROL. Theyâre not controlling anything anyway. And from this relaxed, receptive, allowing state of being, itâs much easier to see the Divine Path â the perfect, Divinely-laid plan for your life, the opportunities you need to learn what your soul came here to learn, to shed the programming and lies of culture and to live in ever-increasing freedom, growth and joy â itâs much, much easier to see that Path light up before you, step by step. Magical step by magical step. In this state of openness and willingness, itâs much easier to feel skill and mastery in your transitions, because you can trust in Divine Order and in your own resilience, Genius and innate wiring for wellbeing. More and more, over time, you learn to trust in yourself to hear your own Inner Guidance, to get those Divine Downloads, and to act on them when they show up. And thatâs when life begins to feel like a magical game where losing isn’t even possible. You canât get it wrong. Takes the pressure off, doesnât it? Head up + heart out, TNN |
